Some of us have even heard of using “the platinum rule.” But did you know that some sources say that rhodium is the most valuable of precious metals? Isn’t that the standard by which we might want to gauge our treatment of our customers? \n\n\n\nIn this 60-minute webinar\, we’ll brainstorm ways we can treat them in such a way that they’ll realize how much we value their presence in our libraries – even if it’s virtually.
