DESCRIPTION:This three-hour webinar is designed for anyone who works with or who is responsible for Florida public records. \n\n\n\nAlmost every library and library cooperative in Florida is subject to records management law: “…any state\, county\, district\, authority\, or municipal officer\, department\, division\, board\, bureau\, commission\, or other separate unit of government…and any other…entity acting on behalf of any public agency.“ \n\n\n\nRecords management is the management of records throughout their life cycle\, from their creation through active use\, inactive storage\, and final disposition.
