Can you De-Escalate? An Educational (and FUN!) Gameshow with Host Ryan Dowd

| WHAT TO EXPECT: Ryan will host CAN YOU DE-ESCALATE? (trivia game show based on our trainings). He will ask questions, confirm correct answers, and briefly review each topic. All audience members are invited to participate via the chat feature. A few audience members will be selected to be live participants (“contestants”). | Author of The Librarian’s Guide to Homelessness, Ryan Dowd is the Executive Director of a large homeless shelter outside of Chicago. A global trainer to libraries, police departments, nonprofits and other organizations, Ryan educates on how to compassionately manage problematic behavior from troubled individuals. |
