Take your interviewing skills to the next level in this interactive session designed to help you confidently showcase your gifts and talents as you take your career to the next level.

As a result of this program, attendees will learn:

  • Steps to take to prepare BEFORE the interview,
  • How to engage DURING the interview from the moment they step onsite or online until their final exit,
  • Recovery strategies for those ‘not so perfect moments’ during the interview, and
  • How to make a positive impression AFTER the interview.

This session will teach you how to not only showcase your gifts and your talents but also view the interview as an opportunity to determine if the employer is the right place for you to grow and to develop.

About the presenter: Clenise Platt is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is a gifted leader, communicator, strategic thinker, and creative who partners with senior leaders, executives, and teams to develop, plan, and execute dynamic and innovative programs, initiatives, and presentations. Her areas of concentration include leadership and board development, employee engagement, talent development, customer service, and culture cultivation. Clenise has authored several books and articles focused on personal, professional, spiritual, financial, community, youth, and leadership development. She has been published in multiple publications including the Virginia Libraries Journal. She is the host of the Platinum Passport Podcast available on podcast platforms across the web and at www.theplattinumgroup.com
