Every library faces it: a service that no longer delivers, or a project that’s outlived its usefulness. But how do you know when it’s really time to let go-and how do you do it gracefully? This webinar will walk you through the decision-making process of identifying what should end, managing the transition smoothly, and minimizing negative impact on staff, stakeholders, and patrons. You’ll leave with practical strategies to reallocate
resources wisely and ensure your library stays focused on what matters most.
