Managing Difficult Conversations Online with Ned Potter

The more we successfully promote the library online, the higher the chances of attracting negative or problematic attention. This session focuses on how to encourage and then manage engagement with your social media, especially when covering conversations around controversial topics, or themes which encourage trolling online. We’ll look at how to categorize difficult conversations, when and when not to respond, and how to engage.
