Learn How to Become a Leader Regardless of Your Job Title

What do you think of when you think of “leader?” Power? Status? Title? Of course, there are times that all of the above terms could be used to describe a leader, but a true leader can be in any position with any title. Some leaders don’t have a position OR a title!

Does that sound odd? Think about this…one of the definitions that appears with a simple search is “one who leads or guides.” Does that sound like it has specific qualifications attached to it? Indeed, it does not. All of us can lead others, but there may be some characteristics and attitudes we need to develop more fully before we can do so.

Perhaps you have a bit of impostor syndrome when it comes to being a leader. Or you struggle with being assertive. There are any number of reasons you may not feel comfortable calling yourself a leader. Attend this webinar so you can feel more comfortable in your “leader shoes!”
